    Poole Middle Leadership Programme

    Middle Leadership is the engine of school improvement. We have developed a focused programme of research-based training delivered by Poole Headteachers. The course is structured over six modules, each of which will include a two-hour workshop sessions, one per half term. Each session will also involve active participation in a Trio collaborative research exercise where participants will apply their learning and assess the impact in each of the three Trio schools.

    MATs and Governance

    A 3 module course for Headteachers and Chairs of Governors which addresses:

    • the key considerations and processes of conversion to academy status
    • the principles and requirements of MAT governance and accountability
    • the benefits of MATs

    All course leaders are experienced Headteachers of Academies or CEOs of MATs.
