Cancellations of training courses are subject to a 25% administration fee where the cancellation is made more than 14 days before the date of the training course.
In circumstances where there is an alternative course available a booking may be transferred up to 14 days prior to the course date subject to availability.
No refund is payable for a cancellation made within 14 days of the date of the training course – in this event the full sum shown on the invoice remains payable.
In the unlikely event of the course being cancelled by Sigma TSA, a full refund will be made unless the delegate transfers his or her booking to an alternative course. For all bookings, the liability of Sigma TSA shall be limited to the amount of the fee actually paid for attendance to the specific training event.
Sigma TSA retains the right to cancel events up to 1 week in advance if it does not meet the minimum of 5 bookings.
Sigma TSA reserves the right to charge late payment interest on any outstanding invoice at the rate of 5% above the base rate of Lloyds Bank Plc.
